ReplyAssuming the recommendations are links, I highly recommend Raindrop.io for managing URLs/Bookmarks. The free version has the majority of useful features, is cross-platform and web based.
An even simpler option is Standard Notes. Standard Notes has a tagging system and multiple editor types. I use it for any type of content I want to search, tag or refer to later. Although it is robust, it isn't geared specifically for bookmark management, so the experience is a little more involved. I use it for recipes, writing, bookmarks, task management and a bunch of other stuff.
ReplyI have a little web app that holds user-defined labels and text snippets. You can associate a variable amount of labels with a snippet. So I would put e.g. the name of the restaurant along with maybe who recommended it and add a couple tags like “to check out” and “restaurants”.
It was fairly easy to put together and I can access it from whatever computer or smart phone I’m using at any given time.
