I'm 6 months into my account and they still haven't asked for a phone number. I mean, I have one ready if they ask for it. Maybe I've been whitelisted as a non-bad-faith actor due to my timezone and other factors.

Excuse me, I'm a crypto noob, but how much BTC could I make if I bought a dedicated mining rig for, say $2000 and let it run nonstop for two years? Would my investment be worth it? Could I cash out my earnings to fiat and have more money than my initial investment or otherwise generate a profit?
Bootstrap etc are overkill in most situations. I found myself using lightweight classless CSS frameworks like water.css[0] just to give a project basic styling before I ship it.

Also there is spell-check and programs that correct your grammar, so people seem well read and articulate but it's things like Grammarly that are making them seem 'Highbrow'.
Worth noting that most communication is done asynchronously meaning people have loads of time to articulate their feelings and post perfect replies, whereas in real life we have a short real-time window to articulate our thoughts.
I have a VPN travel router with a Mullvad .OVPN profile added. This 'VPN-ifies' all my traffic. Then I have a VPN app I use on my device from another VPN provider (ProtonVPN). This is chaining two distinct VPN providers on top of each other, a form of onion routing. Does it make me 'more' private? Hardly, but it's a good first step.

If you're using a VPN doesn't using this seem a bit redundant?
I vape because nicotine is a mild nootropic. That's the only reason. I know it could potentially cause health problems down the road, and new research is emerging about the negative impact, since vaping is only new, but I plan to quit eventually and go cold turkey. That will be hard though.
Seems you're in survival mode a lot of the time. You need to have more self-care moments where you disengage from the madness of the world, and just be yourself. Find a hobby. Go for a walk. Don't try to impress people all the time, unless you need to impress yourself of course. Try not to get into negative thought patterns and stay positive.
In terms of hormones, maybe try vitamin B6 which balances out your hormones. Also doing a keto diet helps if you're constantly strung out on carbs and your body is doing unnecessary extra work to flush the carbs out all the time.
