Posting articles about a single study are not generally helpful to the lay public. Lay readers get no context, no background on the researchers, no discussion about the significance of the topic. The study might be retracted or the conclusion disproved and we would never be the wiser.
As far as I can know, there is no such thing as a universal browser extension. There are only Chrome extensions, Firefox extensions, Safari extensions, and so on. Why doesn't the tech industry come up with a common standard?

Didn't read the article, but the headline makes total sense to me. A loan by the institution is not really financial aid, unless their definition of aid is "you're eventually going to pay us full price plus interest for your education, but we'll give it to you on our lay-away plan."
