While I have no sympathy for razorpay but I'd just like to point out that laws in India are much more heavy handed than a country like US. People are thrown in jail for social media posts and sometimes just for liking a social media post(1)
Twitter has been having a very hard time operating in India too(2) and routinely censoring stuff so while IANAL just remember that things are very different in different parts of the world.

Cred app has really nice design and this is quite slick.
But the overall app UI is just terrible still. I mean what kind of an ecom store doesn't even have a search function? Last I checked they were just expecting customers to scroll through all the listings in the store to find the items to order.
Hey guys.. Just wanted to say a big thanks for all your replies. I was exploring developing an android app but after reading all these comments I'd rather stick to good old saas for now.
edit: Maybe i'll add an app to grow my saas than think of money making from selling apps insted.

I loved Openai's codex JavaScript game making live demo(1) where they actually created a fully functioning game in JavaScript using just plain old english.
Kind of changed my whole view about programming and it's future.

Please consider creating an API with possibly a free tier. Right now I have to use godaddy api and it's so darn slow (plus I don't like using godaddy for many of the reasons for which they are so infamous).

Reading this article only makes me realise how crypto industry has crippled the progress independent researchers like this would badly need gpus for AI.
How many really useful, cool and meaningful projects are stuck because such authors can't find or afford gpus - as they are being used to calculate meaningless hashes instead :/

For some background history whitehat jr has been accused of running misleading ads and shady marketing and also sueuing individuals for millions of dollars to keep their mouth shut.
To get more context please google "pradeep poonia whitehat" and you will get all the gory details, whatsapp chats, etc.
People complain a lot about Youtube ads and how awful they are but as a thought experiment I once tried to imagine the amount of storage and bandwidth Youtube must need everyday to operate.
So after some basic research it looks like they need to add almost 1 petabytes of storage and I couldn't find much info on the bandwidth and servers it uses.
As much as I don't like Google for their shady business practices, I couldn't help but marvel at this feat of engineering. It's mind blowing tbh.
I mean I can still access my video with 10 views I uploaded 8 years ago.. can't do that on my HDD and they have it in 5 formats.
I feel ashamed as an Indian that the number of these scam call centers are on the rise but more importantly all these scammers are on video cheating people yet the Kolkata police won't take any action and they are still operational to this day.
Hopefully as more people see this maybe some high profile twitter account can tag more GOI accounts and more media picks up on this and the remaining ones are also shutdown soon.

The more I read about vimeo the more I wonder what's up with these guys.
Only recently they made some god aweful policy changes for content creators(1), but it looks like they treat their enterprise customers just the same.
Surely, there must be better alternatives for hosting videos than being at the mercy of a company who couldn't care less about big paying customers.

This particular blog post (1) is always posted on HN as a reminder that when you pay for a product you get good service.
Yet my own experience has been same as others here, and I called it quits when I couldn't access the services because their DNS had expired.
Maybe this works for elder people but this would've had the exact opposite effect on teens i guess.
I remember back in the day when we got our first 386, the person who installed it, told me specifically that I should never press the delete key or enter the CMOS.. no matter what.
This was pre-internet so his word was it. He even made up a horror story about a guy locking his PC 'forever' due a lost password (maybe he didn't want to do unneeded maintenance due to a kid exploring the CMOS settings).
Guess the first thing I did as soon as he left the house :D
Somewhat ot but since you say its gpt3 powered.. Does gpt-3 still require that long review form before you can make your gpt-3 powered projects public?
That's one of the biggest reasons keeping me off publishing my fun gpt3 projects as I've heard their review process is/was really long winded and rigourous.
That comparison spot the difference pic is really scary. I had to check it 2 times myself before I could spot that the last line is different.
Now that you're on the HN's frontpage, hopefully somebody from Github upper management will see this and all will be good soon thanks to gold old HN (especially when they did the same thing themselves and restored it).

Zapier is also have trouble keeping up with the demand. Their Youtube integration hasn't worked in almost 2 months now and I think it's because Google has stopped giving them enough API quota to meet the demand. The thread has been locked since and I don't think there is any resolution coming.

To be fair Pinboard.in was down quite a lot recently and its DNS has expired(1).
There was a big discussion here (2) and on Twitter IIRC that the author had lost his interest in product and no updates were being made. So there are no guarantees even when it's paid.
