2 big differences are;

1. Ddosify supports different load types and lets users create a custom load (https://github.com/ddosify/ddosify#load-types)

2. Ddosify supports test scenario creation with a JSON file. (https://github.com/ddosify/ddosify#config-file)

There are other minor pros and cons to each other, but these ones are the first that came to my mind.
